How it works

  • The majority of our tiles are made to order. You can see the current available designs on our Tiles page.

    If you would like to order more than 10 square feet, please use our contact form so we can give you an accurate time estimate for completion.

  • For orders less than 10 square feet, please expect a wait time of approximately six weeks. (Maybe less!) To better understand the wait time, check out our Process page to see the magic that happens between order and delivery.

  • If you need tiles ASAP—we get it!—there are “Limited Edition” tiles available for immediate shipment in our shop.

  • We love custom orders! Send us your ideas and we’ll work together until we find a design that delights and excites you! This includes taking current designs and tweaking the color or glaze in order to fit your needs.

  • We’re thrilled you want to work with us on a larger project! For orders of 10 square feet or more, please reach out via our contact sheet. That way we can give you an accurate estimate of how long it will take to fulfill your order (it might take longer than our standard ~6 weeks).
